Do you want to engage in local community-based research experiences? Register for a Humanities Research Lab (HRL) course!
HRL is a semester-long humanities class with a significant community-based research component. Several HRL students have presented their work in the University of Illinois Undergraduate Research Showcase, part of Undergraduate Research Week, which occurs annually in the spring semester.

Eligibility
Undergraduate students of any major can register for HRL courses at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
